Meet Chantäl
I envision a world where people feel inspired, safe, and fulfilled and I’m on a mission to help people live with clarity, purpose and wellbeing.
Chantäl is passionate about empowering people navigating life's challenges, those working through transitions and seeking change. With over 25 years of experience in enabling change, she brings a wealth of knowledge as a Coach, Counsellor, and Change Consultant. From this holistic and integrated viewpoint, she helps people explore the confusion, uncertainty or struggles in their lives, and supports them to navigate change while healing mind, body and spirit.
Chantäl holds a postgraduate diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Canberra, along with professional qualifications in organisational change and transpersonal coaching.
Her approach enables people to create positive change.
Chantäl's compassionate approach stems from her own experiences navigating life's challenges, including trauma and chronic illness. As someone who believes in the power of holistic well-being, she practices what she preaches, maintaining a lifestyle that nourishes her body, mind, and spirit:
Embracing nature on forest walks and mountain treks
Finding peace on the ocean with stand-up paddleboarding
Connecting with animals of all types, especially horses
Cultivating mindfulness through Tai Chi, yoga, and meditation
Nurturing creativity in her garden
