I am an executive coach and consultant, facilitator and educator in change and leadership development. I remain insatiably curious about neuroplasticity and our capacity for change and for over 25 years have supported organisations to successfully deliver complex business change. I have also supported leaders in navigating their own personal transitions and transformations.
As a coach I supports leaders to be conscious and authentic in our turbulent and complex times. I encourage thinking about how they work, live and lead and then take personal responsibility and courageous action to thrive with renewed clarity and confidence.
As a counsellor and psychotherapist I support people to explore their internal world, deepen self-awareness and self-understanding and then re-design the life they want, need and deserve.
As a change expert I am privileged to work shoulder-to-shoulder with leaders, helping them shape collaborative cultures, co-design practical change strategies and successfully implement them. While benefitting from personal growth themselves, these leaders then contribute positively to the systems they’re in – their organisations, teams, families and communities.
As a start-up co-founder and accelerator of a boutique change consulting business, I’ve understood the pressures of competitive commercial landscapes and steadfastly holding both the employee and customer experience at the centre.
My work has spanned countries, sectors and industries and includes change to leadership behaviours, organisational culture, team dynamics, capability uplift, internal change management practices, new and enhanced organisational operating models, new products, locations and customer interactions.
As a leader, and a follower, I remain obsessed with understanding what really makes successful change happen for individuals and teams – in any context. My passion is weaving together approaches and modalities that are entirely fit for purpose.

I have worked with leaders from diverse backgrounds, served a wide range of stakeholder groups, and work with clients to make sense of their own culture, context and use this as part of design principles to solve together with a strengths-based perspective.

WHO AM I?
My pathways have taken me across continents and careers, none by design. My story is repeatedly one of jumping into the deep end and coming up with some kind of synchronised swimming. Throughout my life I’ve known that you can do anything you put your mind to, and with honest, hard work you can engage with the world in meaningful ways and achieve big results.
Today, I work to awaken the best in people and organisations.
I help people to help themselves by advising, mentoring and coaching them to make change happen exceptionally well, and make it stick.
I’ve been in the change and transformation game my whole working career, supporting leaders, teams and organisations to accelerate change mindsets, approaches and outcomes.
Nothing makes me happier than empowering people to become the owners and architects of their own transformations. Helping them see the brilliance they have, even when they can’t see it themselves. Each one of us has infinite resources available to us, within us, waiting to be accessed so we can be truly remarkable.
I’m constantly changing and growing myself. Some of my own challenges include and an overactive and relentless work ethic ingrained in me since childhood and an action bias as part of my DNA – both tough patterns to eliminate, so I keep trying!

I’m driven daily by my values of truth, care, communication and I love to relax by being with the ocean and with the trees. When I manage to combine these gifts with family time and my Tai Chi practice I have the perfect ingredients for the best time ever!
